1. Returns

We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be in the same condition as received

• The item must be unused and unaltered

• The item must be returned in its original packaging

• You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Sealed products that have been opened

• Damaged items caused by the buyer

• Altered or graded cards after delivery

• Custom or special-order items

3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive:

• The wrong item

• An item significantly different from its listed condition

• An item damaged during transit

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Your order number

• Clear photos of the item and packaging

If the issue is verified, we will work with you to provide a replacement (if available) or a refund.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

• You will be notified of approval or rejection

• Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days

• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

5. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before shipment. Once an order has shipped, it must follow the standard return process.
